Frame Free starts a step earlier, with the question, the assumptions and the constraints, so that the weighing, when it comes, is aimed at the right decision. It has not been tested against a well-written ordinary prompt, so judge it on your own decision. This is the guide’s own worked example.

Is it a questionnaire?
No. The PDF gives the model a process and rules to follow. The model asks the six questions in order, one at a time, adapting each to what you have already said.
Which AI should I use it with?
The guide is written for use in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and is not tied to one provider. It asks the model to hold a long instruction, ask one question at a time and keep the four evidence labels straight. That is an instruction to the model, not a guarantee: if a session drifts, the start page gives recovery text. Whether you can attach a PDF, and which models you can choose, depend on your account and plan. Frame Free has not been benchmarked. The preregistered study tested an earlier method file that predates Frame, and the research pages say so.
Can I use it on confidential work?
Only where your organisation permits you to place that material with the model provider you are using. Check the retention and training settings on your account first.
