These terms govern your use of www.greensquare.ai and any GreenSquare product you purchase, run by GreenSquare (the trading name of the operator of this site). By using the site, joining the launch list, requesting the Decision Frame, or buying a product, you agree to them.

What the site is

The site describes GreenSquare’s products and lets you request the free Decision Frame. Purchase access will be shown when The Decision opens for sale. Stripe processes any payment made through GreenSquare checkout.

The Decision and the Decision Frame

The Decision, the Decision Frame, the writing on this site, and the methodology behind GreenSquare are ours, protected by copyright and other rights. You may use them for your own decisions. You may not resell them, republish them, or present them as your own. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use what we send you, and nothing more.

Where the site describes products that are not yet available, those descriptions are for information. Features, names and timing may change before anything is released.

Acceptable use

Please use the site as intended. You agree not to interfere with the site or its security, attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to reach, use automated means to scrape or overload the site, submit anyone else’s personal information without their consent, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Guidance only

GreenSquare helps you think through a decision. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take. Seek qualified legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice when the consequences require it.

Refunds

If you buy The Decision, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Write to hello@greensquare.ai.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will always be reachable or free of faults. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party providers, including Kit and Stripe, to run its functions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of services we do not control.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the site and our products in good faith and with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions you make using our material. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting rights you may have under the law of the country where you live.
