Terms of use

These terms govern your use of www.greensquare.ai, run by GreenSquare AI, and of the Frame Free beta. By using the site or requesting the beta, you agree to them. The privacy policy and the cookie notice form part of these terms.

What the site is

The site describes Frame and lets you request the Frame Free beta. Nothing is currently for sale. Frame Pro is in development; its scope, price, support and terms of sale will be published together before anything is offered for purchase, and these terms will be updated at that point to cover purchase, payment, cancellation and refunds.

The Frame Free beta

What you receive. A six-page PDF field guide, sent by email after you confirm your address. It is a beta: we revise it as the method improves, and the version you hold is dated in its header. We may send a revised file to the same address.

Who may use it. The beta is licensed for your own use on your own decisions, including decisions you make in the course of your employment or your own professional practice. It is not licensed for resale, for bundling into another product or service, or for use by a team under one address. If you want team or client use, write to us and we will say what is possible.

What you may do with the output. The frames and other output you produce with the guide are yours. You may use them, share them with colleagues and clients, and act on them without attribution to us.

What you may not do with the file. The method file, the writing on this site and the methodology behind Frame are ours, protected by copyright and other rights. You may not republish the file, resell it, present it as your own, or remove its header.

Confidentiality. Frame runs inside the model provider you choose. Nothing you put into that session reaches GreenSquare AI, and we hold no confidentiality obligation in respect of it, because we never see it. Your obligations to your own clients and employer, and the model provider’s terms, govern what you may place in the session.

Support. The beta comes with no service level. Questions to hello@greensquare.ai are answered by the person who maintains the method, as time allows.

Updates and withdrawal. We may change, suspend or withdraw the beta at any time. If we do, the file you already hold remains licensed to you on these terms.

Acceptable use

Please use the site as intended. You agree not to interfere with the site or its security, attempt to access data or systems you are not authorised to reach, use automated means to scrape or overload the site, submit anyone else’s personal information without their consent, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Guidance only

Frame helps you think through a decision. It does not make the decision, and it is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take. Seek qualified advice when the consequences require it.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will always be reachable or free of faults. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party providers, including Kit for the beta list and Vercel for hosting, to run its functions. The model provider you use Frame with is your choice and your contract. We are not responsible for the content or practices of services we do not control.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the site and the beta in good faith and with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions you make using our material. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting rights you may have under the law of the country where you live.
