Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
GreenSquare (the trading name of the operator of this site) runs www.greensquare.ai. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who visits the site, wherever you are.
We are based in Australia and handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we also aim to meet the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation, and this policy sets out the lawful basis we rely on.
What we collect
We keep collection to the minimum the site needs to work.
- Your email address. You give us this when you request the Decision Frame, join the launch list, or buy a GreenSquare product. This is the only personal detail you enter on the site.
- Payment information. If you buy the Decision, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- Technical and usage data. When you load a page, our hosting provider records standard information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit.
We do not run advertising trackers. We do not build profiles of you for marketing.
How we use your information
- We use your email address to send you the Decision Frame, occasional product updates covered by the form, and any product you purchase. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- We use technical and usage data to keep the site running, to fix problems, and to understand which pages people find useful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.
Our lawful basis
For your email address and the messages we send you, we rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on the contract formed when you buy the Decision. For technical and usage data, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website, balanced against your privacy.
Who we share it with
- Kit (ConvertKit LLC, United States) stores the launch list and sends the Decision Frame and product updates.
- Stripe processes payment for the Decision. Stripe handles your card details directly; we do not.
- Google Workspace (Google LLC) carries email we send to you and email you send to us at our contact address.
- Our hosting provider processes technical and usage data to serve the site.
We may also disclose personal information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
Sending information overseas
Kit, Stripe and Google are based in the United States. This means your personal information is stored and processed outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your information consistently with this policy and with the standards the Australian Privacy Principles require of overseas disclosure.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you stay on the list or hold a purchase record. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from active sending, and we delete your record on request.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe at any time. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to receive your data in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at hello@greensquare.ai.
Children
The site is intended for people in business, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
Contact and complaints
For any privacy question, or to make a complaint, write to us at hello@greensquare.ai. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
