Privacy policy

GreenSquare AI runs www.greensquare.ai. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who visits the site, wherever you are. The terms of use and the cookie notice sit alongside it.

We are based in Australia and handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we also aim to meet the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation, and this policy sets out the lawful basis we rely on.

Where your information goes when you use Frame

Frame is a method file you load into a model provider’s product (for example ChatGPT or Claude). GreenSquare AI is not in that session. In plain terms:

Your email address	Reaches GreenSquare AI. Held by our email provider, Kit, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your decision, your facts and your answers	Go to the model provider you chose, under that provider’s terms and the data settings on your account. None of it reaches GreenSquare AI.
Retention and training use of that material	Depend on the provider and the account tier you use. Check the data controls on your own account before a confidential decision.
What you should not submit	Anything you are not permitted to place with that provider: client names under NDA, personal information, price-sensitive or privileged material, unless your account and the provider’s terms allow it.

What we collect

We keep collection to the minimum the site needs to work.

• Your email address. You give us this when you request the Frame Free beta. This is the only personal detail you enter on the site.
• Technical and usage data. When you load a page, our hosting provider records standard information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. We also collect aggregate page view counts through Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

We do not run advertising trackers. We do not build profiles of you for marketing.

How we use your information

• We use your email address to send you the Frame Free method file and occasional product notes covered by the form. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• We use technical and usage data to keep the site running, to fix problems, and to understand which pages people find useful.

We do not sell your personal information.

Our lawful basis

For your email address and the messages we send you, we rely on your consent, given when you submit a form. For technical and usage data, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website, balanced against your privacy.

Who we share it with

• Kit (ConvertKit LLC, United States) stores the beta list and sends the method file and product notes.
• Google Workspace (Google LLC, United States) carries email we send to you and email you send to us at our contact address.
• Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site, processes technical and usage data to serve it, and provides the aggregate page view counts described above.

We may also disclose personal information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.

Sending information overseas

Kit, Google and Vercel are based in the United States. This means your personal information is stored and processed outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your information consistently with this policy and with the standards the Australian Privacy Principles require of overseas disclosure.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you stay on the list. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from active sending, and we delete your record on request.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and unsubscribe at any time. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to receive your data in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

The site is intended for people in business, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
